Sometimes you just need to chat things through with someone or have someone to turn to when you are unsure or worried about your little one. An hours phone consultation to answer your questions on sleep, routine, feeding, behaviour or any other concerns can be booked as a one off or alongside a follow up email detailing our conversation and any advice for moving forward.

Ideal for parents who would like the reassurance of having someone they can turn to at any time, a monthly support package gives you unlimited support via WhatsApp or email plus the option of up to one 45 minute prebooked phone call per week. WhatsApp messages and emails will be answered within 48 hours (but usually much quicker) but if you have an emergency or are desperate for help then I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

A great package for new parents and one that is often gifted by new grandparents. Designed to build confidence, this crash course on your new baby is followed by one months ongoing support via WhatsApp and email.
48 hours support in your own home followed by one months support £1495

Following an initial visit at your home or an extensive video call with you and your new bundle of joy where you get to ask all of your questions, discuss any concerns and make a plan going forward you will have ongoing support via WhatsApp or email for either one month, three months or six month depending on the package booked. A three month package includes a further visit or Skype call and a six month package includes a further two visits or Skype calls and includes weaning support.

Troubleshoots can vary in length from a few hours to a few days or more depending on your needs.
Prices start at £30 per hour/£600 per 24 hours for a single baby.
I typically work 24/5 but am happy to discuss your needs in advance. You may prefer to book me for night-times only or you might like to start off with 24 hour care and transition to nights only once you feel more confident
